Al Shaab Leisure Park

Al Shaab Leisure Park is located 3 km south of the Kuwait Towers and can be seen clearly from Arabian Gulf Street. It has a variety of rides, games and activities for all ages, including bungee jumping. It also has snooker and tennis facilities, a number of refreshment outlets, and is situated in a park with interconnecting pathways. A cinema and theatre are also on site. Entry fee is only 500 fils, with the rides costing anything from 250-750 fils per go. Open every day of the year, the park is open weekdays from 4 pm-12 midnight (November to April) and 5 pm-1 am (May to October). Weekends (Thurs/Fri) and public holidays the hours are 10 am-12 midnight.

Cozmo is located on the top floor of Souk Salmiyah. It has everything from indoor amusement games to a full-blown bowling alley and pool hall with electronic games. Tokens normally need to be purchased in advance, and bookings are needed for the bowling. It can get very busy at weekends and later on in the evenings. Refreshment facilities are available in the amusement area, or downstairs in the foodcourt.

Entertainment City is the largest amusement park in Kuwait. Located in Doha, 20km from the city along Road 80, the park is open every day and has three themed areas: Arab World, Future World and International World. It is very popular on weekends and public holidays. The complex includes a complete range of amusements and rides to suit all tastes, although some rides do have height or age restrictions. There are several restaurants and fast food outlets on site. Entry fee is KD3.500, which covers access to the majority of rides, although tickets need to be purchased for some of the more elaborate and exciting ones.
